  17. Because RAM doubler can't double the RAM on any computer :). The MAC has a
  18. problem in the way it allocates memory, witch results in large amounts of RAM
  19. being allocated, but not in actual use. The "Mighty" Amiga :) has'nt got that
  20. problem "thank god!".

  22. RAM doubler is more of an intelligent MEM handler for the MAC, than an actual
  23. memory enhancement/enlargement.

  25. The same thing goes for the memmaker type utilities for Windows, they work,
  26. but if You use them on W95, You will find that the memory handling in W95 is
  27. as good as the utilities, so they don't give You any more memory
  28.
